Documentary & fine art photography
Hi, my name is
Pete Woelfel
Lifestyle
storyteller
I’m all about simplicity and boldness. My photography focuses on minimalist compositions, often with distant subjects framed by negative space, letting colors and shapes speak for themselves. I love playing with vibrant hues, and my editing style is inspired by the cameras I use—Fujifilm. Each shot I edit pays homage to classic film stocks like Provia, Velvia, Classic Chrome, and Acros. The result? Bold, nostalgic colors that make every image feel timeless yet modern.

Non-Professional Work
This gallery is a curated collection of my favorite personal work, capturing the essence of the compositions I love most. Each photo reflects my passion for minimalist landscapes, where distant subjects meet bold, vibrant colors. The images are a testament to the styles I gravitate toward—clean, uncluttered frames that allow the beauty of simplicity to take center stage. These shots represent moments of creative freedom, where I explored the art of balance, negative space, and color, all while embracing the timeless feel of old film stocks like Provia and Velvia. It’s a body of work that mirrors my eye for detail and love for striking, yet understated scenes.
